Nashville City Guide

Henrietta Red

1200 4th Ave N, Nashville, TN 37208

“This place has the most beautiful aesthetic with coastal vibes, light, airy colors and simplistic furniture. While they are known for their seafood dinner, we went for brunch.

I got the breakfast sandwich with sausage, roast garlic goat cheese and a fluffy egg on the softest onion roll ever. I’m craving it now to be honest with you! Of course we shared the pancakes. It was love at first sight when we saw a couple beside us eating them too! This place is a must for a brunch date.” – Sabel Bezet

Cafe Roze

1115 Porter Road Nashville, TN 37206

“We went to Cafe Roze, my go-to brunch spot in Nashville! The food is delicious and the place could not be any more photogenic. I highly recommend the avocado hummus toast, creamy cauliflower & cashew soup and roze latte.” – Rebecca Rodgers

Hattie B’s

2222 8th Ave S Nashville, TN 37204

“While they didn’t invent the idea behind “hot chicken,” Hattie B’s delicious recipe for their version of hot chicken is iconic in Nashville. If you love spice, we recommend the hot chicken tenders with a side of fries, mac & cheese, and ranch dressing. The pasture like grass and fence surrounding the building makes you feel like you’ve arrived at your grandmas country home for a delicious meal. It made for the perfect Nashville photo op!” – Lily Cobb

Mas Tacos Por Favor

732 Mcferrin Ave, Nashville, TN 37206

Mas Tacos is a hole in the wall restaurant that you’d never know is 100% delicious. I got two mild spice beef tacos. I would recommend getting no spice whatsoever because even the mild was super spicy, but the flavor was to die for! The best part of my meal was hands down the sweet plantains with a condensed milk drizzle on top. It was so good, I might just come back to this place for those one day.” – Sabel Bezet

Frothy Monkey

2509 12th Ave S Nashville, TN 37204

“In the heart of 12 South, we arrived at the adorable Frothy Monkey coffee shop for an afternoon pick-me-up! It had a quaint interior and the coffee was so creamy and delicious! We recommend their iced Havana latte which has steamed milk, espresso, house-made condensed milk, vanilla, star anise and cinnamon sauce. For another photo op, head out back to take a photo at the “Nashville Looks Good on You” mural.” -Lily Cobb

Milk & Honey

214 11th Avenue S Nashville, TN 37203

“If you’re shopping in The Gulch, Milk & Honey is a great place to stop for food to fuel up. We went for brunch on a Friday and quickly realized we should have made a reservation. This place always seems to have a line out the door, but it’s worth the wait!” – Rebecca Rodgers

Koko’s Ice Cream

729 Porter Rd, Nashville, TN 37206

“No shame, I left with not one cup but two cups of ice cream. Koko’s Ice Cream is entirely vegan but just as creamy and delicious as regular ice cream. It’s a small, quaint little spot. I got the lemon pie, which comes with sweet chunks of vegan lemon pie mixed in.”  – Sabel Bezet

Barista Parlor

1230 4th Ave N Nashville, TN 37208

“Our hunt for oat milk lattes ended at Barista Parlor in Germantown. You know you’re at a cool coffee shop when there is a motorcycle inside. The bourbon vanilla and whiskey caramel speciality coffees were our personal favorites.”  – Rebecca Rodgers

Jeni’s Splendid Ice Cream

2312 12th Ave S Nashville, TN 37204

“One of our favorite sweet treats from the trip was definitely Jeni’s Splendid Ice Cream. You can smell their homemade buttercrisp waffle cones as soon as you enter the door! they have delicious, unique flavors to cater to everyone’s different taste buds. They also have gluten free & dairy free options. We recommend getting a scoop of Goat Cheese with Red Cherries and a scoop of Brown Butter Almond Brittle in one of their homemade buttercrisp waffle cones!”  -Lily Cobb

Five Daughter’s Bakery

1110 Caruthers Ave, Nashville, TN 37204

“If you’re a donut lover, go to Five Daughters. The outside is beautifully designed and photo friendly. I will say, the donuts are more of a croissant type of donut. It was a surprise, but a pleasant one! I got the maple flavor which was filled with a delicious cream. It’s a good stop for a sweet treat during a long day of city exploring!” – Sabel Bezet

Lemon Laine

1900 Eastland Ave, Unit 102 Nashville, TN 37206

Lemon Laine is a beautiful wellness shop filled with high-end beauty products. We loved walking around the shop, browsing all of the different products and seeing their amazing oil bar in person. I bought the Hurraw! Coconut Lip Balm which saved my lips the last couples days we were in Nashville when the weather got colder.“ – Lily Cobb

H. Audrey

4027 Hillsboro Pike, Nashville, TN 37215

H. Audrey is a landmark in Nashville. It is “The Boutique” of all boutiques. Alexis + Bolt

506 Monroe St Nashville, TN 37208

Alexis + Bolt is a cottage style boutique with rooms divided into themes and sections of clothing, which really helps to capture the intimate, boutique feel of the store. I could have spent hours shopping in there! Not to mention, you are greeted by the sweetest dog named, Charlie, at the front door!” – Rebecca Rodgers

Draper James

2608 12th Ave S Nashville, TN 37204

“If you want to feel like you are in Nashville, you just need to take two steps into Reese Witherspoon’s store on 12 South! As you enter the adorable boutique, you are greeted with the most delicious cup of sweet tea that you can sip as you browse the store.

Reese actually opened the store to honor her southern heritage and her grandparents, Dorothea Draper & William James Witherspoon, whom she named the store after!

When you leave the boutique, be sure to head right around the corner to take a photo at the “I Believe in Nashville” Mural!” – Lily Cobb

Uncommon James

601 9th Ave S Nashville, TN 37203

“I have been a fan of Kristin Cavallari and have been watching her style evolve since her days on Laguna Beach and The Hills so, to say I was excited for Uncommon James, is an understatement! The overall aesthetic of this store is beautiful with jewelry uniformly displayed across the entire space. I bought a locally crafted candle in the scent “Nashville Citrus.” It smells just like a mimosa!” – Rebecca Rodgers

304 11th Ave S Nashville, TN 37203

“I’m a huge fan of Jessie James Decker, so I knew while we were in Nashville that we had to make a stop at her new boutique! The store is bright and welcoming with a touch of girly accents! The pieces she carries are cute and trendy. I would say her product is for a younger audience overall, but there is something about this space that every woman will love. While you are there, be sure to snap a photo at the “Nashville Stole My Heart” mural located at the front of the store! “ – Lily Cobb

Three Brothers Mural

2813 West End Ave Nashville, TN 37203

I was most excited to see the “Heiroglitches” mural at Three Brothers Coffee. Created by Adrien Saporiti, this mural is here to stay, so you do not have to worry about missing it before your next trip to Nashville!” – Rebecca Rodgers

“Nothing screams Nashville more than this photo spot. The old truck sets the perfect country mood. We ending up shooting here around sunset and the light was perfect!” – Lily Cobb

2511 12th Ave S, Nashville, TN 37204

“This was the very first mural we visited while we were in Nashville. It’s right behind our first coffee stop, The Frothy Monkey. It’s one of the more popular murals in Nashville. In fact, there was already a little photoshoot going on when we got there! It’s a great spot to get a group photo. For optimal lighting I would recommend stopping by this spot earlier in the day.” – Sabel Bezet

Amelia’s Flower Truck

Constantly Changing Location

Amelia’s Flower Truck is a Nashville staple and we were lucky enough to stumble across it twice while we were on our trip! The first day was in 12 South and the second time was in The Gulch. The old Volkswagen van filled with fresh flowers is the perfect photo op. It is a definite must see while you are in Nashville!” -Lily Cobb

Five Points Bear Mural

103 South 11th St Nashville, TN 37206

“The Five Points Bear Mural at Eastside Cycles was one of the last stops on our trip. We unintentionally color coordinated our outfits with the mural. Some things are just meant to happen! This mural was created by Leah Tumerman @leahtumerman.” – Rebecca Rodgers

Patagonia Wall

601 Overton St, Nashville, TN 37203

“This was a mural we stumbled upon while walking around Uncommon James. It’s actually part of the Patagonia Store, so we unofficially named it the Patagonia Wall. Somehow I was wearing the perfect outdoor inspired shirt for this photo op.” – Sabel Bezet

2500 West End Ave, Nashville, TN 37203

“We took a quick trip to Athens, Greece! Just kidding. Nashville has a full-scale replica of the original Parthenon in Athens. It is surrounded by a grassy field, so we took the opportunity to get some fun low-angle pictures!” – Sabel Bezet

The Tess Mural

Charlotte Ave & 28th Ave N Nashville, TN 37209

“We found this mural on a whim while driving back to the hotel from The Parthenon! I am so obsessed with the colors of this piece and how abstract it is. It was created by Tess Davies.” – Rebecca Rodgers
