What is Jackie?

Jackie is a lifestyling service that promotes women by connecting them with quality brands, replacing excess with substance, and creating avenues for generosity towards one to another. Fill out your Style Profile and a personal stylist will hand pick pieces to fit your tastes, needs and budget—and mail them directly to your door. Each box contains a number of items of clothing and accessories for you to try on at home. Keep what you love, send the rest back. Shipping and returns are free—even for exchanges! We exist to help women better understand themselves by being a relentless voice of positivity and encouragement in their lives.

How much does it cost?

Our price points vary by vendor. We do our best to pick items that reflect your specific preferences and feedback. If you choose to buy all five pieces, you get a 25% discount off of your entire purchase.

What types of items can I expect?

Because our clients’ tastes are varied, we carry a wide range of items. We currently offer pants, skirts, shorts, dresses, sweaters, shirts, outerwear, loungewear, intimates, athleisure, jewelry and bags. We’re growing and evolving quickly and you can expect to see us add more and more new categories and brands.

What ages can you style?

Each shipment is completely customized to fit your individual preferences and needs. We carry a wide range of inventory that allows us to choose pieces that’ll be perfect for your personal style—regardless of your age. However, you must be at least 18 to order a box delivery.

How does sizing work?

Because we constantly validate sizing to ensure consistency among the many brands we carry, we may choose to ship you a different size than what you have included in your Style Profile. Don’t worry about the size on the tag, we're just making sure we're sending you items that will fit you best.

Can you style me throughout my pregnancy?

Yes, your stylist will help you find fashionable loose fitting clothing that makes you feel comfortable and looking good.

Can I request specific pieces?

We recommend giving your Stylist an idea of what types of pieces you’re looking for rather than exact pieces so that she can choose new items you’ll love. For example, instead of a specific shirt, please let her know you’d love a printed button-up shirt for work and then she can choose the best piece for you from our current inventory. If you request a specific piece, we’ll do our best to find it for you, but sometimes these items are out of stock.

Do you ship internationally?

No. We only ship within the U.S. right now.

When will my credit card be charged?

For each scheduled box, a $39.99 styling fee will be charged after your Stylist begins styling for you. That styling fee will be credited toward anything you purchase in that shipment. After your box arrives, you'll log into your account to purchase the items you’d like to keep. See Returns for more on the checkout period.

Why do I see two charges on my account at the time of my box?

One is for the styling fee and the other is a hold for the contents of the box. Jackie recommends that you enter a Credit Card due to our pre-authorization policy ensuring that there is available credit on the form of payment issued.

Does the style fee roll over if I decide not to keep anything?

Your styling fee can only be applied to a purchase from your current box. It doesn’t roll over to your next shipment and isn’t refunded. Our number one priority is to personalize your box so you find at least one item you love and can put your styling fee to good use. If you decide not to keep anything this time around, make sure to leave feedback with your stylist, so we can improve our picks for you in the future.

How do automatic deliveries work?

When you sign up, we’ll send you regular orders without any extra effort from you. You choose the frequency that’s right for you: every month, every quarter, or one and done.

How do I change or cancel my automatic deliveries?

If you want to skip your next shipment, you don’t need to change your subscription. From your account, click on “Manage Subscription.” Select “Edit” located to the right of your subscription. Then select “Change Next Shipment Date.” This allows you the flexibility to delay your next shipment to a later date. If we’re already working on your next shipment, you won’t be able to skip it but subsequent boxes will be skipped.

To cancel your subscription, click on “Manage Subscriptions” in your account. Click “Cancel” to cancel your subscription. Please be sure to tell us why you’re canceling.

How do returns work?

Returns are always free. You’ll find a prepaid return label in the package with your order. We’ll follow up 2 days after your delivery to see how you liked your box and to confirm what you’ll be keeping. Make sure you reply to let us know. Then just send back what you don’t want. It’s that easy.

How long do I have to send back the items I don’t want to keep?

Returns are to be dropped off with UPS or picked up by UPS within Five days of receiving the package (for example, if your shipment arrives on Monday, we ask that you have your returns shipped back by that Saturday). If the fifth day falls on a Sunday or holiday, please have your returns shipped back the following business day. If your returns aren’t postmarked accordingly, we’ll assume you’re keeping all your items and charge your credit card for the entire shipment.
